By booking an appointment through this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined below, and that you agree to all applicable fees associated with cancellations and no-shows. Booking your appointment confirms that you agree to the following: CANCELLATION POLICY: ✴︎We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. ✴︎ Vermias Viibes reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not canceled within a 24 hour advance notice. ✴︎ No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services. ✴︎ Cancellations outside of 24 hours will be charged 50% of the original booked service price. ✴︎ If full payment is not received for your cancellation you must pay the invoice prior to booking another appointment with Vermias Viibes. ✴︎ A client with repeated cancellations or no-shows/ failure to abide by studio policies will be terminated from booking future appointments with Vermias Viibes. LATE POLICY: ✴︎ Please text/call to communicate with me in the event that you are running late. Your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show. You will be asked to reschedule, and will be charged a fee of 100% of your scheduled service. ✴︎ I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services.
